Two-Day Training Program for Mediators to Mediate on Aging Adult Issues,
Probate, and Guardianship/Conservatorship.
This 16-hour training is for those persons who have already completed a 40-Hour Mediation Training in Family Law. This training focuses on Aging Adult Issues, Probate Court, and Guardianship/Conservatorship matters providing this advance training to Mediators serving in all of the above areas.
Additionally, this training provides the advance training necessary to mediate in Probate Court and on Probate Court rosters for those persons who have already completed a 40-Hour Mediation Training.
If you are a Probate Attorney or others with an interest, but have never had a 40-hour Mediation training, you will need to take a 40-Hour Training to Mediate in Probate Court to be placed on the roster. This is NOT that training.
This training is for Mediators who have had 40-Hour Mediation Training.
